Scotty, what's a good (cheap) scan tool for Hybrid cars. I want to bye a used Hybrid Ford Escape but not without testing the Hybrid PS, Brake boost, environmental, etc. pumps and motors.

I am not aware of any specific scan tool for hybrid cars.
I do know that to check the hybrid battery, most folks get a separate app on their phone and a Bluetooth OBDII connector. That would be pretty cool if there were a dedicated scan tool that could do this too alongside traditional OBDII stuff.
