2002 mustang 3.8 V6 145K miles iv owned the car for 2-3 years after buying it used. The car has a hard start nearly every time I crank it. When it gets below freezing outside I have almost no power and it misfires hesitates and all around runs like garbage. It doesn't matter how hot the ENGINE gets as long as it's below freezing outside it runs like crap. When the temp gets above freezing the car runs fine. I have taken it to two different mechanics in my area and neither could figure out what was going on. We were able to figure out that when it runs poorly it misfires on cylinders 4 5 and 6 but not on 1 2 or 3. In the last year I have change plugs plug wires ignition coil EGR system cylinder head temp sensor all injectors fuel filter and put 2 fuel pumps in.  I don't know what my next step is..... Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well since it's one side of the engine it really sounds like some type of electrical corrosion and a wiring harness to that side of the engine. When it gets really cold a loose or corroded connection will do that and realize the fuel injectors and the ignition system all use tiny amounts of electricity to energize themselves. But when it gets hotter outside a looser corroded connector could be good enough to still run
