I'm looking at a 2010 Kia Rio LX with 45,000 miles , for $8,000. Is this a good buy?

Ehh, no. Not really. They're not really that dependable. Yeah it has low mileage but how was it taken care of in the first place? I'd have a mechanic check it out first before buying it if I were you. Who knows what the heck happened to that car.
