[Solved] Shutter issue cruising at 40-50mph

Hey guys i cant figure this mystery out. I have a 2011 Lexus ES350 with 113k miles on it and she's doing this weird shutter type thing when I'm going at a steady speed between 40 and 50mph. Im not switching gears or anything because I'm staying at a same speed within those limits so i didn't think it was the tranny slipping but idk for sure. And it's only got 113k miles and for Toyotas that's just being broken in 😆 so I'm not entirely sure what this could be. Can a simple oil change fix this? I am trying to start simple but I'm not mechanic so I'm not sure. I'm thinking of taking it to one to get a diagnosis but they may just tell me a bunch of stuff is wrong just for money. I tried to replicate the issue but some times it doesn't do that shuttering thing. Yesterday it did it repeatedly in the course of just a few minutes so i have no idea what wrong with my baby, please help!

We'll start with the simple stuff but when they do that most of the time that's internal transmission failure have a good mechanic like myself look at it and road test it and see what he says when he analyzes the data records during the road trip on his fancy scan tool
