Solved high ignition timing advance for #1 cylinder

Figured out my issue!

honda crv 2006

200,000km

ignition timing advance for #1 cylinder was reading 39.5* on the obd2 scanner.

i change oil every 6 months, I changed spark plugs, changed air filter because it was nearly due….

In-short: vehicle needed intake valves adjusted now reading 7~9 for the ignition timing advance on #1 cylinder

Yes, that's fairly typical of Hondas. Realize they have an old fashioned design where you do have to adjust the valves as they have adjusting screws with nuts on them. Better designs like Toyota use stainless steel shims and often never need adjusting
