[Solved] Source of coolant leak

Hi all,
I'm dealing with some coolant seepage, but I can't tell if it's the hard plastic that's corroding or the rubber hose leaking.  Attached is a picture.  This is a 2007 Honda Fit from the rust belt so she's nice and crusty. Can someone please tell me what might be leaking and what my repair options are?  I can replace radiator hoses, but the plastic pipe has me a little stumped if it needs replacing as it appears to go directly to the water pump?  The engine bay is very cramped so perhaps I'm mistaken.  Thanks for your insight and suggestions.

The hoses are leaking coolant on to and corroding the factory, metal hose clamps.  The hoses need to be replaced and the clamps need to be replaced with stainless steel hose clamps.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I will do as you suggest.

That rusty area looks like metal, not plastic. (Plastic of course won't corrode.) I think you're going to have to take that mess apart to determine what's leaking. Seeing as how the car is 15 years old might be best to replace the hoses.

Thank you for your recommendation.
