Hi Scotty. I've got a gen 1 96 honda odyssey w/170k miles. I love this car. Probably 1 of Honda's best models. I'm on my 2nd one. I had a 95 that I gave up on at 280k miles when the fuel pump went out. Unfortunately this model requires removal of the fuel tank to replace the pump. Anyhow, my problem is that when I lock/unlock the car from the front passenger door the other doors do not lock/unlock as well. When I lock/unlock from any other door all the doors lock/unlock. I'm not knowledgeable about the door lock system. What could be the problem? Thanks.
The drive buttons usually fail first. Look YouTube to remove and maybe try salvage yard , also u can test with a 12 volt test light make sure button contacts work. May have gotten wet over the time. Lose plug, but I find it's usually contacts in finger switch. Good luck
