Help Scotty, I have a 2007 Chevy Malibu 3.5 V6 with 210,000 miles with the 4 speed automatic. My key will occasionally get stuck in the ignition for no aparent reason. I can shut the car off and turn it back on but cannot physicially remove the key. Most times I can fix it by starting the car back up, putting it in drive then back into park, then turning off the car. Then the key will release. I have checked, I was always in park with no emergency brakes engaged, so I don't understand why my key wouldn't release. What can I do? Thank you

Interlock between the shifter and ignition lock cylinder is probably worn.
