Tacoma vibration

Hey Guys I got a 2011 Toyota Tacoma v6 double cab long bed auto tranny and I have a vibration when accelerating at slow speeds and once I’m at 35-40mph the vibration will come back again. It goes away when I shift from drive into 4th gear. The issue is significantly worse when under a payload as well as when going uphill. I’ve had a few mechanics look at it and all say it’s the transmission but I had the tranny checked and they couldn’t find a single thing wrong with it. Ever see anything like this with the Tacoma’s?

@inthrustwetrust Thank you for catching that. I meant to post this video. (but it looks like I got some upvotes anyway 😛 )

I thought the aftermarket alarm system had high IQ electrons which vibrated when excited..

@inthrustwetrust No the '11 Tacoma did not have intelligent nano-molecule technology. The electrons could only read at a 5th grade level tops.

Buggah.

Check to center support bearing on your drive shaft.  Some are very poor quality, or have come loose from their mounting.  Also, check your u-joints.

Looks like OP last posted 5 months ago and may not be on to see this.

Lets try this again - was asked to copy/paste my comment here:

I used to own 2009 Tacoma V6, had bought it new, and its the same frustration about vibration I had with it, and that was built in Mexico. I went to couple of dealerships, which was all waste of time and no fix. Previous two Tacos I had: 2000 V6 4X4 (5-sp manual) and other 2005 V6 (Auto), both were made in California never had issues, and both were bought new. I got rid of that 2009 within a year, it just had too many quality issues, just don't have time to keep chasing the problems.

I would check both driveshafts for balancing.  Also the carriage bearing goes out frequently, it should be located where the two driveshafts connect.
