Toyota says every 90k.  If you are new to the truck, and have no idea of previous service intervals, change it now.  Search for Scotty's videos on timing belts and Toyota V8 interference engines.  Other popular Youtubers have in depth explanations of why and when timing belts need to be replaced.  Most times shops will put a sticker on the top of the engine so you can tell when it was changed.  IMHO use only factory parts, no aftermarket.

With those kind of miles, I would not hesitate to spend the money on the belt, belt tensioners water pump etc. all things being equal, and assuming the vehicle is in relatively good shape.

I am the original owner, it was changed once before. Just have not been driving it a lot. Thanks for the info
Will get it done.

I'd do it as soon as you can if you have no record of when it was changed last, and do it every 10 years or 90-100k miles after you do it. I'm not sure if that is an interference engine or not. If it is, let that emphasize getting it changed even sooner rather than later, if the belt breaks at a bad time, the pistons and valves will collide and destroy the engine.

I would go out to the following site and locate your owner's manual:

https://www.toyota.com/owners/resources/warranty-owners-manuals.tundra.2004

I believe Toyota recommends the change around 90k + or - miles.

I also think the '04 4.7 is an interference engine, meaning when it breaks the engine will pretty much self-destruct.

I drive a 2000 Tundra owned since New. 22 years. I had friends who worked in the Aisin factory in Indiana.  Aisin makes all the oem water pumps for Toyota.  I was buying the Aisin kit with aisin pump, mitsuboshi timing belt and koyo bearings and a hydraulic tensioner. The Aisin kit was available on rock auto or other vendors for under $200. Never, never, never use a cheap pump or cheap timing belt. Mitsuboshi is a Japanese belt maker, koyo Japan bearings are the original.  The Aisin kit is soooo much cheaper than the dealer but is the exact same parts identical.  My 4.7 engine has 240k miles. Still going strong. Every 90k I religiously Change it all. Not just the belt.

Rock auto probably has it cheaper but you may have to search a few different model years it fits on to find it. It should be the same on all the 4.7 engines regardless of model year.
