Toyota 4.7 V8 buzzing noise

2005 4runner 4.7 V8 w/ 165,000 miles.  What could be making a very noticeable whining/buzzing noise that sounds like it's coming from the area of the throttle body (sounds similar to a bad power steering pump)?  The noise revs with the engine.  Still runs great, no codes, has been doing it for several months but I still can't put my finger on where it's coming from.

Do my video finding the source of car noises the pinpoint the sound but for my experience it's often electronic throttles which it runs okay you don't care or something as simple as the PCV valve which you can easily change yourself

Did you check if the noise goes away with the AC off? Those compressors get pretty noisy as they age. I have an 2003 with 185,000 miles and the AC has been noisy for over 10 years but still works fine.

Solved, bought a stethoscope & narrowed it down to either the idler pulley or the water pump buried behind, if you know the engine, you know what I mean.  Thankfully, it was just the idler pulley.  $30 and 15 minutes, quiet as can be again.
