I have a noise coming from the steering column

what i would like to know does the part
is also Exists in the steering column of my toyota avnsis 2013?

I'm sure if you call your local Toyota service dept they can tell you.
sadly i cant be , in my contry they will just want to replace the entire unit as one , but i will try
