Hey Scotty, I'm thinking of buying a new 2021 Toyota C-HR limited that only has 19 miles but it only comes in FWD. Do you think that this FWD with the CVT transmission can handle winter conditions like here in Iowa?

Of course it will handle winter! Just make sure you have a good all season tires, … and once they are down to 4/32, replace them.
Of course, if you still worried, just get a dedicated set of four rims with good winter tires and keep switching them for winter! And remember, … 4WD or AWD is only good for a tow truck driver, … it will only get you stuck trice as deep in the snow as FWD, but it will cost you four time as much to get you unstuck! True, …
