Hey scotty 2003 Toyota camry LE with 183k miles. Car is sluggish and shifts at higher rpms than usual after sitting for a while/cold. Once at operating temperature shifts fine and rides smooth. What could be my issue?

Old age baby I'd live with it you might change the transmission fluid and see if it helps some but at that mileage that's pretty much normal as they get old
