I showed it to a mechanic and he is not sure what's wrong since there is no CHECK ENGINE light. I asked him if it is okay to drive around like this. He said it's fine.
I was wondering if Scotty has any idea since he is a Toyota Genius.

Tonight when it’s dark, take your engine cover off, and see if A spark plug wire is arcing. Might as well rule that out.

My matrix had the bearing going out in the Drive belt tensioner pulley.Here is a YouTube video of what it sounded like
