Toyota Corona 1997 M/T High Idle

Hey uncle Scotty!

Just finished cleaning the throttle body and ISCV. My problem is that the car now idles at 1,800rpm to 1,900rpm on a cold engine and idles on normal temp around 1,300 to 1,400. The throttle screw is already on it's lowest possible, TPS is on default. ISCV Solenoid on it's lowest setting, Map sensors working. Temp gets normal too. No vacuum leaks so far.

What are the possibilities that causes this?

Thank you!

Well if it didn't idle at high before check your work area to see if a vacuum line came off or anything like that and if not I would disconnect the battery for a half an hour then touch to post together when they removed from the battery to get rid of any power and condensers and see if it'll reset itself when you drive it a day or two. If not the cleaning would have damaged the sensor
