Toyota sienna

I have a problem with my Toyota Sienna 2011 310000 km when it’s cold I have about up to 2000 rpm and recently I noted it spits out of the muller black water. 
i checkt the spark plugs witch I should replace but they are not oily 

ciukd you think of anything what it could be?

You may have a vacuum leak or a dirty throttle body. There could also be a problem with your idle air control valve or throttle position sensor.

I wouldn't worry about the water on cold starts because it's probably normal condensation but it spits more than usual because the engine is idling fast. Once the exhaust components heat up the water should evaporate. Any vehicle with that age and mileage is going to have some black soot in the tail pipe.

Black water from the exhaust? It's just carbon build up shedding.

It stops or atleast lessens a great deal after the vehicle is up to operating temp & driven right?

Use top Tier gas preferably Shell Super for a few tank-fulls if you can? Make sure you have changed your PCV Valve  to keep the blowby cleaner and help reduce carbon, and you might want to go online line and purchase A.T.S. cleaners for both the tank and engine to also clean out your injectors and clean out any carbon or possible sludge. Also, if you drive local, the old Italian Tune Up wont hurt.
