I've been having issues with my transmission making some forward jerking moves when I'm on a stop especially with my AC on cold. I'm assuming the transmission fluid needs to be service and I've read i need to change the shift solenoids as a complete fix remedy. Any common issues or fixes anyone came across. Thank you All!

Load test the battery and alternator.
If they are Ok, check out the fan belt condition. Odds are that under load, your car has some issues. I'm not sure if it is directly related to your transmission.
@yaser
Morning! Battery and Alternator tested out good at Autozone. I changed the belt and I'm still having forward jerkying moves once or twice a day on stops.
