Hey I got a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 with the 5.3 and 4L60 trans with 100k miles, I bough it used 6 months ago with 96k miles and ran perfectly off the test drive and the transmission is between 1-3 is shaking sensation now or slipping and when it gets off a freeway and goes to street speeds it’ll do more sharing sensations when downshifting, is this my sign to get a new transmission?

you mean when you're braking or decelerating
the transmission is between 1-3 is shaking sensation
A lot of thing can make a vehicle shake. Why do you think it's the transmission?
Have you checked the transmission fluid?
