Change the ATF, what you're describing sounds like a transmission control issue.

(Refer to the Q&A for info on wether you can perform an ATF changes)

Honda automatics REQUIRE FREQUENT and REGULAR ATF changes - otherwise the valve body goes out.

If an ATF change does not fix the issue,

you may need to go to a tranny shop so that they'll clean the valve body (inspecting the channels for erosion)

And possibly replace the solenoids if friction material buildup inside of the valve body is severe.

Depending on where you're in Europe, that might be cheap and simple.

check all the engine & transmission mounts

InThrustWeTrust has an excellent point,

worn mounts that have a lot of moment in them can cause the powertrain to move and bash against them.

Does the car vibrate when sitting in D? or do you feel much more engine vibrations than usual?

Yea it does vibrate here and there, but a very subtle vibrate when sitting in D, like you feel a little vibration but goes away

I haven't been able to get to a shop at the moment, been trying to work to save up for a person for the job, I will hopefully go to the shop to get it checked by this week.

Also chances are that you can just live with this issue for a very long time before it breaking down.

BUT FIRST, replace ATF!

Yep AFT have been changed around 2 months ago
