I was doing tons of donuts and burnouts and tearing up ditches with my friends in a 2018 Silverado 5.3L z71 and the transmission fluid was 210F... is this bad? also if the 4 wheel drive setting was in auto while having lots of tire spin will the transfer case take damage?

You really need to ask if abusing your truck is bad for it? You clearly don't deserve it.
