Scotty,
I bought a 2014 Tundra SR single cab 8 foot bed with a V6 that had roughly 32k miles on it. Now it has almost 41k on it. The truck came with General Grabbers that obviously aren't new. The tread depth is definitely lower than new tire tread. I noticed the front passenger tire's outer tread wear down considerably after driving around 6k miles. I had the tires rotated and an alignment performed. The mechanic told me that the toe was just off a little. I then noticed after the rotation the front passenger tire's outer tread is scuffed. I had a second alignment performed at another place. The outer tread is still wearing considerably. Another thing to mention is that when the vehicle tracks straight the steering wheel is cocked a little to the right. The vehicle will drift the to the left if I hold the steering wheel center. What is wrong with the truck's alignment that is causing the front passenger tire's outer tread to wear down more than the rest of the tire?
Excessive positive camber. It may not be adjustable on the vehicle without aftermarket camber bolts seen below -
