the cracks look like they're only on the tread, and not the body of the tire. Getting pretty close to the wear bars though. I'd say you have 6mo to a year left on those depending on your driving.

Absolutely! This is a picture of an old, cracked up, dried out tire. If you look at the sidewall, there is a manufacturing date, … Year/Week code stamped on it.
Most carmakers recommend replacement of tires at six years from the date of manufacture, … regardless of thread depth!

I remember when I bought my first car, it had Michelin tyres on it. They were cracked too. When looking on manufacturing date I thought they were 5 years old but a vulcaniser told me they were more likely 10 years older. Back then there was only 1 digit that revealed year of production. Michelin tyres can hold but time kills them.
