A 2004 VW Golf, manual transmission with 100,000 miles, has caught my eye from a dealership. Should I buy this car or look elsewhere?
Not a good idea.
Golf V came out in 2003. I suppose a previous owner did not want to be a guinea pig for issues anymore. Do you want to be? But If you are looking at Golf IV (I don't know where do you live?), give it a try. There in Europe they go over 300k km.
Good luck!
sorry, but it's crappy mexican junk. Run away.
If you get it for 2500 bucks and a trusted mechanic says it is in good shape go ahead...
but dont pay much as they are old and VW's are piles of junk. But that generation was still OK.
Im sorry on my screen I only posted it once I can't even see that I did it two times.
wait for the browser to finish loading. They all have indicators.
k thank you!
