What are ur thoughts on buying a used kia cadenza 2014 premium with 120000 miles on it. It has a rebuilt title because it was stolen, but when I checked it it had zero problems. They want 10000$, what do you think? And how reliable it is?

I don't recommend it.
To me it sounds like too much for a Kia sedan, you should be able to get a Toyota Avalon for that.
Another issue is the millage, 120,000 miles is close to the end of it's useful lifespan so avoid!
Additional issues are related to Kia's use of GDi engines, the US market 3.3L doesn't hold up and doesn't feel right in that kind of car. But fuel economy is a big issue on both the 3.3 and the 3.5 as they're rated at 19 and 15 MPG city respectively.
With a GDi engine, it's bound to have serious issues - avoid.
