Vacuum Leak or P0174 P0171

My 2005 Sebring Convertible with 2.7 liter V6 with 180+ thousand miles -- With new Water Pump Timing Chain etc. is throwing the P0171/174 code. Everything I read is telling me that it must be a huge vacuum leak. Such as the intake manifold gaskets (WHICH ARE NEW) etc. I have sprayed carb cleaner around everything I can think of that might be leaking to no avail. Here are the freezeframe readings. I/TCFRZF --- PO174

FUELSYS1--- CL, FUELSYS2 --- CL, LOAD_PTC(%) --- 100.0, ETC (f) -- 183, LONGFT1(%) -- 28.3, SHRTFT2(%) --- -2.3, LONGFT2(%) --- 29.2, MAP(inHG) --- 20.6, RPM (/min) ---  1529, VSS (mph) 38, SPARKADV(DEGREE) --- 18, IAT(F) --- 88, TP(%) --- 20.8

I have replaced the Bank 2 O2 sensor #1 and nothing changed. I did that because the code P0174 has been consistent but P0171 has been infrequent. --- Do you think that I don't have a vacuum leak but that the O2s are bad?

Thanks for reading my question I have been watching you for years and years and picked up many, many bits of information over the years. I know that you don't like Chrysler products but I love convertibles and at 74 I don't need one that cost me a fortune. I picked this one up for $1200.00 4 years ago and have had little trouble with it. I put the water pump in with the help of my son-in-law and OMG was that an ordeal. We put in all 4 motor mounts, new struts ball joints tierods (everything in the front suspension) It runs great and rides great. The only thing I see that is actually wrong in the gas mileage is way off. Before the P0174 it was getting 18 mpg in town now only 12.

Did these codes appear after you did the job? If so, I would double check all the work, maybe an EGR line is lose or something. Are the gaskets cheap ones or quality? Do you have to unseat the fuel rail/injectors for this car? If so check those as well as they are annoying and should have new orings everytime they are pulled. would first double check again. If none of these, try looking at MAF sensor and pcv system if everything was installed correctly? I would always test everything and double check because even if shotgunning parts gets you to fix it eventually, it's usually better to diag first lol. That's all I got, I don't really work with Chryslers haha

Test vacuum leak with smoke test. It will be better than carb cleaner for testing.

A dirty MAF sensor could be the culprit. A dirty MAF sensor will under-report the air passing through the throttle body which could explain those high LTFTs at 1500 rpms

Smoke test if the better way to check for vacuum leaks.Does your car have MAF? Some chrysler don't use MAF they use a combo of MAP sensor and IAT sensor.
