Hi Scotty, I have a 2001 Ford Windstar, which has sat for 9 months. I run the engine every month for 10-15 minutes. I had to move it today and there were no brakes- nothing. I pumped the brakes and there is no pressure. Fluid level is okay. There is no fluid on the ground and I have yet to check for fluid leaking from the master cylinder. Tomorrow, I will check for leakage around the master cylinder. My question: how do I know if I need to replace the brake fluid or if the master cylinder is bad? Texas misses ya, Scotty!
