Vibration From Loose Exhaust

Experiencing vibration, present at lower speeds (35mph). Checked CVs, Tie rods, etc, but then noticed my exhaust pipe feels loose, more so near the muffler and the end. I can actually move it around and it can sway a bit. Just wondering—can a loose exhaust cause the car to wobble/vibrate at lower speeds? (car is 2002 sequoia SR5, 4wd)

it can sway a bit

it's supposed to. It's mounted on springy rubber hangers to account for your suspension travel.

wobble? No, that would be your wheels or steering.

Vibrate, yes. Is the exhaust touching against another part? Are any of the hangers damaged?

No, none of those. Everything seems attached and fine, and not touching something else. Yeah, I'm experiencing light vibrations/wobbles at lower speeds, just trying to figure out what it is. Did most of the obvious checks for wheel bearings, cvs, tie rods, etc. But it's ok, I'll actually go to someone soon to help me find out.
