Hi, i am planning to buy volvo xc90, i have found one 2009 model but it has failed mot with “ parking brake operation is causing the vehicle to swerve to the nearside”
and
”service brake efficiency below requirement”
although it has been fixed by the dealer, should i still go ahead with the vehicle or isit something to stay away from.
thanks

I would have an independent mechanic thoroughly check it out along with service history, especially the transmission. Volvo xc90's from 2003-2006 had transmission problems, but I've seen them continue for several years even into 2009's.
