My sister has a vw golf. The heater blower stopped working as did the rear wipers, washers and cigar lighter.

I looked on a VW forum and read about a relay that controlled these things. I found it hidden behind the dash. I phoned VW with the part number only to be told that it wasn't a part for that car. I told them 'I've seen it with my own eyes'. Their reply was, 'Oh yeah some parts don't always show up on our System. 🤣 🤣 you couldn't make it up.
