Brakes shake when applied at speed

2010 Scion xb, the car shakes when applied brake at or above 70mph on the highway.

doesn't shake when cruising or during acceleration. The tires are good. suspensions are good.

replaced with new rotors and brake pads, and still does the same. the only thing I can think of it's the caliper slide pin since it was a little sticky when I did the brake job, but I already relubricated it before putting it back.

could it be related to sth else before I reach out to the seller and warranty the new rotors?

Well, it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of rotors being junk right out of the box.

But you say the whole vehicle shakes. Warped rotors usually cause brake pedal pulsation and steering wheel shake.

You might have an alignment issue or loose suspension parts. I would jack it up and do some checking first.
