Hey Scotty
I drive a 2017 Cruze w/ 70,000km (43,000 miles) on it and had no problems at all. It’s just whenever I accelerate or decelerate past 68km/h (42mph), there is this weird loud humming noise coming from the rear of the car. It also happens when I cruise at exactly at 68km/h. I kept wondering what could it be and if there is a way to get rid of that noise/fix it.
Thank you.

More often than not. It's a bad wheel bearing. Take any mechanic for a ride and they can tell you in 2 seconds

In addition to a bad wheel bearing, I would also suspect a tire that is either badly worn or has developed an abnormal wear pattern.
