Something that is not too fast not too slow, not to big not too small, safe, and very reliable. Look at the Toyota/Honda line up and there are cars that fit that criteria. Maybe a Camry, Civic, Corolla Hacthback, etc.
It depends what type of vehicle are you looking for and how long do you want to keep it.
Something reliable and you don’t have to worry too much about other than the normal maintenance items. Not sure your budget but look at a Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic.

Nah stick to Toyota/Honda if you want the GM 3.8 V6 then go for a Buick Park Avenue.
