To start with the base the car is 2005 Saturn VUE 2.2L. The mileage is 200k but i put use low mileage engine few year back. So the true mileage is unknown it the engine still strong for now. The problem the I have is I got P0135 and P0141. I change the two O2 senors the upstream and downstream. The time when I change it the upstream was burn out. I need to get car state emissions test. Need help.

Off and it will be a bad catalytic converter
