Hey Scotty some guy wants to trade his 1980 triumph tr7 with 60,000 original miles and 2000 cash for my 1978 corvette. I value my car at about 6500 would I break even with this deal? The triumph is a manual with a convertible top.

It all depends on the condition of the triumph. A one in good condition is worth about 3900 to 7300 for excellent condition. The trade could be fair if you like the car and it checks out. My concern is how hard it it to find parts for the triumph.
