I know there not great vehicles even though I see tons of them on the road and people I know have them and say they love them but there newer. I saw one for sale for $8,200 a 2013 AWD with brand new tires. 65,000 miles about 25,000 more than my 2016 RAV4. How long or about what miles do they break and fall apart? I did have a 2000 Malibu that the head gasket blew at 60,000 miles but it was my uncles who never took care of cars. Do these also blow head gaskets, transmission or engines at this mileage?
when it leaves the assembly line
Joe, you come through again! Thanks.
You get a fun assortment of issues with that one. Lots with major oil burning and engines blowing up. All kinds of other fun little expensive surprises with it too. Low mileage issues on those things, from what I see.
There are a lot of people that love their cars, not because they don't break all the time, but because they think they are cool, or they drive well and have comfy seats. After all, there are a ton of people that just love their land rovers all the way to the mechanic each week.
Right after you sign the paperwork to buy one.
They fall apart any time and I have seen them fall apart as early as 20 000 km since they are poorly built SUVs. Honestly, my neighbor made a big mistake selling her 2007 Infiniti G35x sedan with the sport package which ran like a clock and was made in Japan, and decided to get a fully loaded 2017 Equinox with a 2.0T which is a recipe for disaster.
