How often should I change my CVT fluid?

I have a 2014 Subaru Forester with 125k miles on it, the cvt was acting sluggish especially up hills and around 1500rpm was surging and jerky. Dealership found code p0971, something with the fluid pressure solenoid in the valve body. I had the valve body replaced and the cv fluid changed and the car is driving much smoother and seems happy now. I bought the car used at 96k I have no idea when if ever the cvt fluid has been changed before. I know these cvt’s are not the best as far as reliability. My question is this, what can I do to get the most life out of this cvt. I know I should have the fluid changed every 30k miles but should i have it changed again sooner than that to flush out any junk in there? I was thinking maybe in like 5k miles change it again to be safe then go back to every 30k. What do you think? I still owe money on this car and I’d really like to see it live another 70k miles or more if at all possible.

In CVT transmissions, people floor it to get the most power however, the belt snaps from a fast stretch which causes it to fail. Your car has 125k-I wouldn't keep it longer because it's a Subaru-sorry.

If you do plan on keeping it-don't drive like a maniac and change the fluid every 30k.
