I would wait until it burns oil.

If it is easy to get to, I would get it cheaper somewhere else and change it. If you have to pull the intake manifold, like my 2014 Camry (SWINE Toyota rat bastard engineers), let it ride.

$50 for a pcv valve, seriously??  I change my pcv valve every time I change my oil.  Mine is metal so I just clean it.  Mt wife's car has a plastic pcv valve that I replace with every oil change, every 3000 miles.  What make vehicle, year, mileage, engine?  We really need this info to help you.

The PCV valve should rattle. What’s your car and what’s the mileage?

It costs $14

If it hasn't been replaced in a while, do it.

I'm sure you can pick one at any parts store, or order it from a reputable online retailer (rockauto.com)

It will take you 5 minutes to change.

where can you find it at 14$ do you need to use oem from dealership?

like I said, rockauto.com
PCV valves are relatively simple devices so it doesn't have to be OEM.
