| hi sir, I follow your page and YouTube channel and learned a lot from it... I'm a new driver and looking to buy my first car. Since I don't have the luxury to buy a new one I'm looking for a second hand car specifically an SUV. I'm currently looking at the 2013 ford edge SPORT with 160,000 KM on it. please can you help me with some advice about this vehicle? | I noticed. I was looking at JLT oil catch can since they have a video on how to install it. I noticed that on their website it's not CARB (California Air Resource Board) Exempt. They won't even ship it to California. I ended up buying a boreoscope so I can start with checking up on my valve before I use the cleaner. Here is the JLT OCC: | |||||

I recently purchased a 2003 Black ford Ranger edge extended cab, automatic with 182,000 and little to no rust for $5200.00 from a retired USMC Master Sgt. My neighbor was itching to look underneath the truck just because he likes the Ranger and said it looked in great condition. | Hello! Help needed! We are in Katy, TX. We have 2015 ford edge Titanium V6. Owned car for over 3 years. 35,000miles. Lightly used by my wife! Car recently decides not to start randomly. | Good evening! I recently bought a used ford edge 2012 SEL with a V6 engine. The car rides really nice. However, at times there are a few issues. I’ll list them below. 1. The brake gets spongy after pressing it down the first time. It then takes time before it returns to normal 2.Sometimes driving above 40mph or 60mph takes time, as if the vehicle stalls. I suspect it’s also because to brake gets spongy and perhaps it’s stopping it from accelerating??? 3. | Scotty I have a 2010 ford edge AWD Limited when I bought it, it had 118,000 miles and dealer tried to up sell me things I don’t need or want. No OBD2 codes. i bought it used at dealership, there is a intermittent chirp squeak noise sounds like it’s come from the front end while driving with the windows up. Seems to do it in the morning or after it’s been sitting. Now it has 132,000 miles and chirp squeak is still there, and it did not get worse, it strayed the same. | ... looked at, the mechanic said that it has a bent shock absorber. Would a bent shock absorter cause this issue and how does someone bend a shock absorter. FYI she is a 2013 ford edge limited with the 3.5 ecoboost. its 103,000 miles, its has been a great car no issues beside with the Nav system(fixed) and this issue. rides and handles smooth. | |||||

| Hey Scotty, I've had my 2013 ford edge SEL for 3 years now and it has 110,000 miles. I've had to put in a silly fuel pump that cost 2 grand and went ahead and replaced the timing chain since the mechanic was already there so I'm hoping to get 100,000 more miles. Question, every since I've owned this vehicle when it's time to get gas, without fail it has trouble starting back up - but only right after a fill up.
