Why do my spark plugs keep burning out

I have changed my plugs and coils but the ground electrode on the spark plugs keeps burning off and fouling the plugs. Is there a fix for this and what would make this happen

Here's a possibility. You have a 2006 F150 with the 5.4 triton engine.

This TSB may provide a clue.

The TSB states the ISSUE is, some 1997-2008 vehicles....may experience a spark plug port with stripped or missing threads.

What it fails to say is those threads become stripped or missing after the engine ejects the spark plug out of the cylinder head. (something to do with shallow threads on the head. The engine vibration loosens the plugs and then they get spit out).

In your case it's entirely possible that the reason you're burning up spark plugs is a lean condition causing excessive heat in the cylinder(s). So next time you change the plugs use OEM only and torque them to 25 ft lbs. Then, hook up a scanner and look at your fuel trims to see if you're running lean.
