I have an '06 Chevy Silverado 2500, auto trans, 6.0L gas engine with 106,000 miles. It idles rough, every second or two the truck shakes just a little bit and can be felt in the cab. I've replaced the plugs/wires, oxygen sensors and don't want to keep throwing money at the problem. No OBDII codes either. What should I check next?

Too late you already did. O2 sensors are expensive. You should test them first.
On a 17 year old truck the most likely culprits are deteriorating soft parts like rubber vacuum hoses, intake manifold gaskets, fuel pumps and filters, etc.
Diagnostic tools are going to be a strong asset for pinpointing the cause quicker.

Live data.
How about the basics -
air filter, clean MAF sensor, clean throttle body, etc?
