I have an 07 Highlander limited with the V6. I have put about 120,000 miles on it since I bought it. It now has 205,000. Should i have the timing belt changed?

Yes. You should have it replaced. The good news is that your 2007 Highlander is a non-interference engine so if it breaks it won't destroy the engine.
You have a choice. You can change it at a time and place which YOU decide or at the time and place which the BELT decides.
