I'm planning to buy a lexus is 200 from the 1999-2005 era with a standard transmission and i want to know if its a good used car ? Any major problems ? What should i look out for..? etc..

Those are great cars as long as they were taken care of just have a mechanic jacket first

Have a mechanic check it out and they are pretty reliable. That is the generation before all the engine issues and cheap interior's came along.
