You're lucky that car is still running after 22 years, they are not the most robust vehicles around.

If you are losing power steering fluid you have a leak, it's as simple as that. If the source of the leak is not obvious you can add some UV dye to find it.

The popping noise may not be related, check your CV axle boots. That kind of noise going around corners is typical for worn CV joints. It could also be worn front suspension parts.

where can i buy that uv dye? and what kind of light will i need to use? where else could the leak be coming from?

Pretty much any auto parts store.

A UV light.

Any part of that 22-year-old power steering system. Pump, hoses, rack are all suspect. Basically you would use the same techniques as you would to find an engine oil leak.

Lots of little O rings that can get brittle in 20 years. May or may not be an easy fix.

looks like its leaking on driver underneath where the cv joint area is..also getting a popping noise on that side to..going over a speed bump or turning...like a loose pop...not a clicking....where can i get that dye and light

As you have already been told you can get UV dye and light at pretty much any parts store. Amazon would also have it.

Why is my power steering pressure switch leaking?

Just a wild guess here, but maybe because it's 22 years old, worn out, and needs to be replaced.

How would a pressure switch be able to react to fluid pressure without having contact with the fluid? For that matter, otherwise how could it be leaking? If you look at a photo of that switch (Mopar part #5269625) you can clearly see that it is designed for fluid to enter it.

It's also possible that the switch itself is OK but the 22-year-old o-ring seal has gone bad and that's what is leaking. However given the car's age if you go in there and discover it's just the o-ring I would nonetheless replace the switch with an OEM part.
