You probably have vacuum leak on one bank.

What is the MAF reading at idle when the engine warmed up?

I changed the plugs on my 2003 V6 auto long box 2wd. I put in NGK double prong, Set the gap at .044 and it runs fine. PO had Autolite plugs in it and I they looked good. My main issue is that my fuel trims are looking weird. New air filter, cleaned the MAF, throttle body looks great. Below is taken at Idle warmed to Operating temp. Anyone got any Ideas?
