Brakes are losing pressure when at red light sitting, it slowly starts going down. What could be making it do this?

Check the brake master cylinder.

When was the last time the vehicle had a brake fluid flush?
No clue, it was my grandads and he past 4 months ago and left it to me. It also hasn't been driven much in 4 months it's been drove probably 20 miles total in 4 months

Sounds like the booster is going bad.

- My girlfriend has a 97 Park Avenue, when she bought it, the brakes barely made the car stop, but she took it in, not sure what the mechanic did but they fixed the issue, probably added more fluid, add more fluid (DONT FLUSH) to the brake system, if that's not the problem then check the brake master cylinder
