Pull off the drums or rotors and see what's going on. Obviously don't drive your car, if you don't know what you are doing now's the time to have a mechanic check it out. Call a tow truck. Do not attempt do drive the car.

wipe it up and observe where the fluid is coming from. Damaged hose? Damaged piston seal? loose bleeder?

Just a wild guess here, but fixing the leak (or having it fixed by a mechanic) might be appropriate.

As @justin-shepherd said, do not attempt to drive the car until this is repaired.

Well it's my wheel cylinders in the back they are leaking and I have to replace that and got the master cylinder coming too cuz I have no brakes at all now

Not surprising on a 20-year-old car, especially if the brake fluid has never been replaced in that time. Might not be a bad time to replace those old brake hoses as well.

You will most likely need a bidirectional scan tool, Tech2 or equivalent, to bleed the ABS.
