I have a 2004 Toyota Matrix XR AWD automatic with 330,000 miles. I'm having a problem with the heater. When I turn the heater dial to hot and the fan on high, only hot heat comes out of the driver's side floor vent. The air coming out of the passenger side floor vent is cold/warm. I have changed the radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, completely filled it with new radiator fluid, new cabin filter and the problem still exists. What is the problem? Thank you for all ideas and solutions. I hope to solve this problem.

Heater control valve, heat blend doors, heater core.

The blend door on the passenger side stuck.
