Hi Scotty,
I mysteriously lost my battery scanner a month ago and this morning, surprise, car did not start at all. Super cold in NYC today. Yesterday it started fine. Today I turned the key and nothing happened for my 2004 Highlander V6 3.3L with 152k miles.
Couldn't find specifics about battery in the manual. Online they say the V6 3.3L can take one of the three:
MT-24F with 600 CCA
MTP-24F with 750 CCA
MTX-24F with 710 CCA
Right now I have a 650 CCA inside (bought the car in May, don't know battery history).
In your videos you say to go with the highest CCA that fits your car. So in this case 750 CCA right?
Do I need to buy a memory saver tool before I change the battery or can I just unplug and swap the batteries?
Also any battery brand to pick/avoid? I shop around anyway.
Thanks a lot.
Love your show. Watch every day 😎

make sure the problem is the battery and not something else. The battery dealer should be able to test it for you.
Yes you can just swap the battery. You will lose time on the clock, stored radio stations etc.
750CCA is more than enough to start a 3L V6. (it's what I use to start a 5L V8)
