I have replaced fuel the cells from the battery pack that was bad I put them in the same way as I took them out. After connecting the battery pack back where I took it out from and then I went to connect a 12-volt battery to the car and a spark came out from the negative side after I was done with the Positive first then connect the negative the spark came out and then in the front portion of the vehicle under the engine right behind the battery pack converter there is a small fuse that you also jumped a vehicle from and there is a 120 amp fuse that blew from there I would like to know what would the reason be for that fuse to blow it says F /L 120A DC / DC

I was the short connector I put them back the way it should be and it started working fine it was my mistake not taking a picture in advance so I won't have that problem but it was pretty simple fix just changing the battery block on fuel the pack

Well you got a problem in that area you work it's got a code for 120 volt problem. Really unless you're an expert on hybrid cars my advice is never ever messed with the hybrid part of the car you can mess with the gasoline engine part and 12 volt parts but I would not mess with that other stuff unless you have a lot of training and some really expensive equipment so you don't elect to use yourself doing the work. Something's definitely shortening out when you get a spark that way and those systems are incredibly complicated high voltage giant battery step down transformers it's very complex

I got some help from a friend dead worked at Nissan and Infiniti dealership as a technician and according to his checking there was no issues with the battery pack the converter inverter of the hybrid system the problem is before to the hybrid system but the car sends from the 12 volt into the engine compartment where it's going to transfer into a higher voltage to go into the converter now I got to look through a diagram to understand where that problem occurs maybe the fuse box that is related to the battery pack or the operation of the hybrid system

As long as the battery is installed correctly that shouldn’t happen you have to have a short somewhere in the high voltage system most likely … but as stated above unless your trained in it don’t touch it those systems could kill you
